Friday Finds – Road Trip

This past week has been the official start of Summer up here in Vancouver, BC with the high being about 35C/95F. I don’t do well in the heat, this past week has been brutal between being up till 4am and being nauseous. One thing I love about Summer is road trips, taking mini breaks in your week to go to a random destination without any thought in mind. Take a break and enjoy the sunshine with these Road Trip Etsy finds.

a) Closet Mob Vintage – You always need a favourite polaroid camera to take those candid shots.
b) Turkish Bath – These turkish towels really look like an elegant way to enjoy the sun.
c) Yahees Place – An amazing vintage find, need a bag to hold your beach gear, what about an old Canada post bag?
d) Artistic Archival – In one picture – this captures ‘Road Trip’ for me.
e) FRebecca Humphrey Designs – Don’t forget to protect your eyes with some funky glasses!
f) Beautiful Soaps – I pack lightly and I think this small container of tooth soap is perfect.
g) Ayelet – If you are fair like me sunscreen is a must – received my first sunburn this week.
h) Plaid Poni Designs – A compact toiletry bag. I admit I always forget something here.
i) Boone Books – I love writing down my thoughts during the drive, I really like this old fashion journal.
j) Simply Good Granola – mmm trail mix.
h) Helena Carrington Illustration and Textile Design – I wish I put a green one up, I had a friend that everywhere she traveled she would always see a pea green volkswagon van.

Loving Life + Food on the Westcoast
