Heather’s Friday Finds – V day

I know, I know – this is cliche, but I’m doing it.

I’ve never ever done anything special for Valentines Day. I’ve never had the chocolates or roses brought, nor the going out for a special dinner. I don’t think I ever had a boyfriend on February 14th (now that I look back at it most of my relationships have been in the Summer and Fall LOL). Growing up I was always against the day, the whole ‘Why do people need to have a day to show their love.’ So when Kevin and I first started dating I told him he didn’t worry about the pressure. But the longer I’m with him (and the more girly I’ve become) I get a tad mushy.. well maybe a bit more then a tad.

So today’s Friday Finds are all about Valentine’s Day and if you don’t have a special someone, why can’t you splurge on a special gift for yourself or a special friend?

a) Sofa Garden – I can just imagine these on my grey couch.
b) A Spoonful of Charm – I love the simplistic nature of her shot.
c) Art Wark – Classy, but bold.
d) Polka Dot Magpie – “Modern simplicity crafted from old world materials.” Love it!
e) Ivie Ridge – What would Valentine’s Day be without a little bit of Chocolate?
f) Ur a Star House – These are so adorable!
g) Sue C Designs – I love the bold, but simple print.
h) Spiral and Spice – Kevin can you ’surprise’ me with this?
i) Terra Secrets – I really enjoy the packaging the bath products come in.
j) Soup for Your Soul – A little something for the boys
k) Minx Shop – I REALLY love the back of this shirt, all her designs are lovely.
l) Pink Ink – *sheepish* another tea oriented item, but how ediblely cute are these!
m) Dress Green – Natural and chocolate?!
n) SLGDesigns – Tulips are the ultimate elegant spring flower for me, I would rather have these then roses.
