A Strawberry Cheesecake..Without the Cleanup

Kevin and I played it low key on Valentine’s Day. Nothing too fancy, except for the fact that he may have made me a Strawberry Cheesecake from scratch and bought me roses. I looove cheesecake, but after the baked dried cheesecake’s my old company used to buy, I haven’t wanted to try another for awhile. (I’m a fan of the non-baked versions) But wow – this cake was delish! The strawberries were nice and sweet, which contrasted with the creaminess of the cream cheese. And even better I didn’t have to make or clean up.
